5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most new, unused items in original packaging. To initiate a return:

3. Pack items securely in original packaging with all accessories
4. Ship to our UK warehouse using a trackable service

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used balls

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
