Yes. We consolidate gear for Tennis, Squash, Badminton, Pickleball, and Padel. You can order items for multiple sports in one shipment, saving time and simplifying logistics.

Ordering, Payment & Account

Global Delivery & Shipping

Where do you ship from and to?
All orders are dispatched from our specialist warehouse in Aberdeen, UK (58 Berryden Rd, Aberdeen, GB AB7L 3OP). We ship globally to serve our international community. Please note, delivery to some remote areas (particularly in parts of Asia and other regions) may be restricted or subject to extended timelines, which will be confirmed at checkout.
What are my shipping options, costs, and timelines?
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): Cost is £12.95. Estimated delivery is 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal for faster delivery of essential gear, parts, and time-sensitive needs.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): FREE on orders over £50 (£12.95 applied to orders under £50). Estimated delivery is 15-25 business days after dispatch. A great economical choice for larger orders, bulk purchases (like Balls, Grips), and planned upgrades.
Please note: All orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days before being handed to the carrier. The delivery times above start after this dispatch.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For orders delivered outside the UK, local customs, taxes, or import duties may be applied when your package arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We declare all packages accurately as “Sports Equipment” to facilitate a smooth customs process.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package directly with the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
Your satisfaction is paramount. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it in its original, unused condition within 15 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our team at [email protected] for instructions and a Return Authorisation.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the incorrect product. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it to ensure it’s in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This typically takes 5-10 business days after we receive the return.
